Sam Maris has over fifteen years experience. This includes a three year Michelin Star apprenticeship and work in France, Australia and South East Asia. Sam brings a wealth of knowledge to bear. 

 

If you would like an informal, no obligation, discussion regarding the catering of an up and coming event of any kind, Sam and his team would be delighted to help you in any way they can.
