Sam Maris has over fifteen years experience in hospitality . This includes a three year Michelin Star apprenticeship and work in France, Australia and South East Asia. In 2003 after working for many excellent event companies such as Blue Strawberry in London, who put on events for such clients as her Her Majesty the Queen, Sam decided it was time set up Plum Tree Events and bring his wide knowledge and experience to bear.
Our ethos is to provide exceptional food with a touch of theatre, creating a memorable day for all.
